In this episode I dive into a fascinating and somewhat controversial aspect of performance - the underlying beliefs and rules we unknowingly set for ourselves in the game of life. It's a topic that resonates with everyone, but particularly with high-achievers and impact-makers. I question the often invisible criteria we use to gauge success and pride, exploring the idea that many of us, perhaps subconsciously, equate suffering and hardship with greater achievement.

It's so common to value results more when they stem from pain and struggle. This mindset, I argue, is not only arbitrary but potentially limiting. Here's an intriguing thought - what if success and pride didn't have to be tied to hardship? What if ease and simplicity could lead us much further than what we can imagine?

We have the potential to uncover a more effortless and satisfying journey, both personally and professionally. As always, I'm eager to hear your thoughts on this topic. Your perspectives and experiences enrich our ongoing conversation about redefining success and performance. So, feel free to reach out to me at hello@easyproject.com. Let's continue this dialogue and see where it takes us. Until next time, keep challenging those norms and exploring new pathways to greatness. Bye!

No Way! (...are we really this wonderful!?)
Inevitably Great
What if one insight could make performing at your best inevitable, every single time?
The difference between thriving and struggling is in the reality you see in the moment.
Not your character, not your mental strength, not luck, not your experience, not your story, not your personality. Only whatever happens to look real to you there and then.
This is why one insight can change your life forever, by changing your relationship with that reality.
Good news: you're an insight machine. You only need to know where to look.
